How quarterly appraisal works
Quarterly appraisal focuses on progress for the active quarter. It can include scores, comments, competencies, and review notes depending on the organization's policy.
Before scoring
Check that the person, reviewer, final sign-off route, and inherited performance items look correct. If the setup is wrong, fix it before scoring begins.
Good comments
Comments should explain the reason behind the score. Avoid vague comments that will not help the employee or reviewer understand what changed.
