What a performance plan is for
A contract says what a person is accountable for. A performance plan explains how the person intends to deliver it.
What to add
Use the plan to make delivery practical and reviewable.
- Describe the approach for each assigned item.
- Record risks or blockers early.
- Add support needs before they affect delivery.
- Keep comments clear enough for a reviewer to act on.
How monthly reviews connect
Monthly reviews can be opened after the performance plan is ready. If a review is not visible yet, the plan may be ready while the monthly check-in has not been opened.
