What the organogram shows
The organogram shows the visible reporting structure for the organization. It starts from institutional leadership and follows supervisor assignments through directors, supervisors, and officers.
How reporting lines are formed
Each connection comes from the supervisor selected on a staff profile. If a person's supervisor changes, the organogram updates with the new reporting line.
- Confirm the head of organization role before reviewing the chart.
- Assign directors and supervisors to the correct staff records.
- Place officers under the supervisor who reviews their performance work.
- Keep unit placement current so each card shows the right department, division, or unit.
Why someone may not appear
A staff record may be excluded from the chart when it is an administrative setup account or when it does not have enough reporting information to sit under the organization leadership chain.
