Manage performance
Allocate priorities
Assign approved priorities to units or staff before contracts are created.

What allocation does
Allocation decides who is responsible for each approved priority. A priority can be assigned directly to a person, to a unit, or cascaded to a lower level when responsibility is shared.
Before generating contracts
Review allocations carefully. Contracts will reflect the responsibilities and weights you assign here.
- Check that every important priority has an owner.
- Confirm the total weight makes sense.
- Avoid duplicate ownership unless the responsibility is genuinely shared.
- Make sure unit-based allocations have the right unit leader in place.
